We have developed CNC ports for:
1. Aluminum FRPP SCJ "Kaase" heads

3. B.B. FORD Blue Thunder heads; with Chevy exhaust ports
Raised Ford exhaust port BT heads have the same intake port design only; hand porting exh. is necessary
4. FORD "Cleveland" 4 barrel iron heads; (requires brazing)
5. TrickFlow "High Port" Windsor aluminum heads
6. Edelbrock MOPAR Performer RPM heads and similar "B" & "RB" heads

We also have a SPECIAL aluminum big block Ford head available for street type engines:
Starting with a ProComp bare casting we hone the guides, cut 5 angle intake seats and 2 angle with radius exhaust seats. We use S.I. stainless steel 2.110" intake and 1.770" exhaust valves, (this size intake valve WILL fit into the stock cast piston intake valve notch and allows their use), then we simply hand port and blend all the raised edges in the valve bowls; flow numbers available. (2.190" intake & 1.750" exhaust or 2.250" intake & 1.725" exhaust valve size packages also available upon request).
